O'Neill's Framing

My name is Connie O'Neill and my passion is framing.



I was raised in Tacoma's Proctor neighborhood and chose to open my framing shop here in North Tacoma because I want to continue to grow with and be a part of this community.

My objective is to provide custom framing services at an affordable price. Most of us have found beautiful prints or cherished family photos that are simply too expensive to frame. During my seventeen years of framing, I have found a way to produce the same beautiful frames without the markup. 

Aside from framing, I also make custom and classic 3-D art. 3-D art is strategic layering of prints to make certain parts "pop" in order to show depth. Many of these are pulp art, landscape themes and family pictures. These and many more framed original art pieces are on display at my shop and can be seen in bars and offices around Tacoma!
